Principal's Message

Welcome to Holman Middle School, home of the Huskies!

Our dedicated faculty and staff are excited to begin the 2026-27 school year with you and your children. This year, our theme is “Rock Solid,” emphasizing the tradition of a strong academic focus and well-founded community at Holman Middle School including our students, staff, and families. We have a “Rock Solid” base of core values by being Collaborative, Accountable, Respectful, and Engaged, all with while including CARE for each other.

Being Rock Solid at Holman begins with our academic excellence. Once again, Holman has shown strong results in our preliminary school accountability and accreditation outcomes, keeping up with the strong reputation Holman has for academic excellence and student engagement. Our staff is committed to creating authentic and engaging lessons that foster a positive experience for all our students. In the classroom, students will engage in deeper learning experiences, and teachers will challenge them to grow academically.

We are dedicated to providing a Rock Solid middle school experience celebrating our students and their interests. Our school offers a variety of clubs, extracurricular activities, and athletics.

Middle school is a crucial time for students to learn and grow as young adults. Through our Social Emotional Learning, Healthy Huskies, and our PBIS program, supported by our caring staff, we model respect, kindness, and acceptance. The social and emotional development of our Huskies is a concentration in our advisory lessons and emphasized in our commitment to the Holman community. We also recognize the achievements of our students and the dedication of our staff through our fun and engaging PBIS student and staff incentives.

By focusing on academic excellence, celebrating student success, and promoting an inclusive environment, we support the Holman vision: All students will grow academically and as independent learners in a safe and inclusive environment to become LifeReady.
